1.Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct published on this website were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the depiction was created.

All content is produced and published in compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257, §2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, or is exempt from those requirements; for exempt content, the operators nonetheless require proof of age and written consent from every performer before publication.

2.Custodian of records

Records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the Custodian of Records at:

Vladislaw Boboc
PornWP LLC
Panama
admin.pornwp@gmail.com

Requests to inspect records, where permitted by law, must be directed to the custodian at that address during regular business hours.

3.Third-party uploads

PornWP operates in part as a platform for verified uploaders. Each uploader certifies at upload time - and is contractually bound by the Terms of Service - that they maintain the required records for every person appearing in their content and will produce them on demand. Content is reviewed before publication and removed if certification cannot be substantiated.

4.Reporting concerns

If you believe any person appearing in content on this site was under 18 at the time of production, report it immediately via the in-page Report button or the contact form. Such reports receive absolute priority: content is restricted while investigated and mandatory reports are made to the competent authorities.

These documents set out our binding policies. They are provided for information and do not constitute legal advice to you. If you have questions about your own rights or obligations, consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
